I am a professional Chef of 33 years bringing culinary expertise to your table, specializing in a wide range of cuisines. From classic French techniques, Mediterranean and American Coastal flavors to the vibrant freshness of the Pacific coasts, my Private Chef service is dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences tailored to your preferences.

My Approach

As a Sole Proprietor I prefer and mostly work by myself. I offer a menu that's full of freshness and flavor that takes time to perfect for each customer. My strengths are in organization, culinary studies & practice plus my own personal creativity & experience.

Extra table and bartending service is available by request.

My Services

I offer a warm detailed food celebration for my customers. While service style can change depending on the number of people & choice of menu , the food stays the same. Precise, thoughtful, fresh, exciting and fulfilling.

Pricing & Service Information

4 Courses Dining pricing for main diners

2-3 people - @ $500

depending on location of service, this estimate could go up.

4 People - @ $700

5- 6 People- @ $700-$850

7- 8 People- @$1000-$1300

10-12 People -$1300-$1500

13-20 People - $1500 & UP

Parties of 10-20 casual buffet service OR the addition of a server /bartender for $200 extra

What about kids?

I have a kids menu that is an all inclusive price for food and service. If your kids would like to eat off the adult menu they will be charged as an adult if they are served. If you would like to take charge of servicing your child, we can negotiate a price that's fair for all for either menu. Please see the American Coastal dining page for kids pricing and otions.

Allergies and Special diets

All allergies will be cooked for separately to inusre the safety of your guest. Specific diet requests will be worked out with a phone consultation and agreement.

What's included in pricing and What's not included?

What is included in this price:

All the food, prepped transported & prepared in your home.
Locally sourced foods in addition to high reputable and sustainable sourcing.
Chef's Unique recipes prepared for your unique tastes.
All platters, serving utensils, napkins & at least 1 extra plate setting to accommodate extra courses.
Table service by Chef Melissa for parties up to 8 people.
Nice plastic plates if needed for extra courses and larger parties.

What's not provided in this pricing --

Beverage service is not included in the pricing or service. Bartending & extra beverage table service is available by request & extra fee.
Table decorations available from a www.sunsetcoastconcierge.com
Plates & Silverware as a base will come from the home/rental home. As stated above, I will bring extra for up to one setting.

Placemats, table-clothes & linen napkins ( I do bring nice paper dinner napkins)
