With 33 years as a professional Chef I am providing private dinners to vacationers & locals in the privacy of their home. I am free lance and work for myself only. My food is not only the freshest you'll get in the area, it is creative and adaptable to your groups' tastes.
From classic French techniques, Mediterranean and American Coastal flavors to the vibrant freshness of the Pacific coasts, my Private Chef service is dedicated to creating unforgettable dining experiences tailored to your preferences. My seafood is locally sourced and fresh from the Gulf, Atlantic & Caribbean waters. My recipes are personal & unique, they are full of freshness & Culinary expertise.
As a free lance Chef, I mostly work by myself. I offer a menu and service that has become a well oiled machine and successful service. My limitations are larger groups and I only take groups up to 16 people. My strengths are in organization, culinary studies & practice plus my own personal creativity & experience.
However, Extra table and bartending service is available by request and a must for parties of 12-16 people.
I offer a warm detailed food celebration for my customers. While service style can change depending on the number of people & choice of menu , the food stays the same. Precise, thoughtful, fresh, exciting and fulfilling.
An average price for 4 courses is listed here. Please note this is not a guarantee and current food cost is calculated starting at 2 weeks in advance of your dinner. Your price could be more, but it could also be less. My goal is to be as fair as possible for both you and me.

My service is based off of my menus listed here featured on the main search bar above. American Coastal, Coastal Mexican, French Classic dining, Fresh Italian AND Mediterranean Tapas and Small Plates.
All providing the flexibility to accommodate all allergies and personal group preferences.
A menu does not need to be made from each page. I interchange cuisines and techniques all the time. I can make a menu specifically with your requests in mind. So the more info I know about your groups preferences, the better I can provide an unforgettable meal and time together.

I work with all my customers reservations individually to ensure the best menu for all. As of today (4-23-25) A phone consultation is required for all new customers to ensure we both understand the possibilities & expectations of your dinner. This is a personal service between myself and my customer. This has never meant to be a cookie cutter company and it still isn't.
Respect between both of us is required for me to continue a reservation commitment.

Unfortunately due to Spam and other reasons, I no longer accept Text messages from new customer's service inquiries. Once we have established a communication, texting is very convenient if you prefer.
It's difficult to say as all kids aren't created equal. I have a kids menu that will help you see I'm here to help, this is located on the Coastal Dining Page. I am completely open to what your kids might like to do. Small kids portions of fish, meat, vegetables and starch are also available starting at $30 per child.
All allergies will be cooked for separately to insure the safety of your guest. Specific diet requests will be worked out with a phone consultation and agreement.
