I will work with you to create the best menu for you and your group. My Coastal dining is offered as a Florida fair style dining and My specialty style dining includes specialties from the Northern Mediterranean Coast which includes famous foods from Portugal, Spain, Italy and France- all prepared with my own recipes and featuring fresh local seafood, seasonal vegetables and the best quality products from our local butchers.
I will arrive to your home approximately 2 hours in advance depending on your menu with everything I need to prepare, cook and serve your menu in your kitchen and finish with a full kitchen clean up. Just tell me your preferred dinner start time while making a reservation.

You can choose a full plated

Up to 3 appetizers for your group to share at your chosen spot
+ 3 course dinner plated at the table or wherever you decide.

My training was not as a Pastry Chef. It was all on the savory side of the kitchen. So this private business forced me to push myself in area that I don't even personally have a passion for.
After 10 years I consider my dessert recipes absolutely amazing and better than most local restaurants.
They are a combination of sweet and savory, light and rich and specifically made for what I think is right. It seems to be working as my customers rave about my desserts despite my disbelief!!
