I will work with you to create the best menu for you and your group. My Coastal dining is offered as a Florida Coastal Fusion dining and My specialty dining includes meals from Mexico & the Northern Mediterranean Coasts of Portugal, Spain, Italy and France- all prepared with my own recipes and featuring fresh local seafood, seasonal vegetables and the best quality products from well seasoned butchers.
I will arrive to your home approximately 2 hours in advance depending on your menu with everything I need to prepare, cook and serve your menu in your kitchen and finish with a full kitchen clean up. Just tell me your preferred dinner start time while making a reservation.
