Mediterranean Menu

A collection  of menu items for you to choose for your group to share and enjoy platter style at your table in courses - all food is customized into tasting plate portions for the group. 

Recommended to choose from 4-6 courses + dessert 

Average pricing runs $115- $135 per person



Desserts

AntiPasto Platter

A platter of cured meats, cheeses originating from Spain, Portugal, Italy and Greece.  Includes flatbread and crusty bread 

Chef Melissa's House Salad

Julienne fresh Beets, power greens, fresh citrus, heirloom tomato, basil vinaigrette, truffled burrata on the side 

Jumbo Scallop Ceviche

Cooked in citrus, fresh mango, mild chilies, coriander

"Fritto Misto"

Lightly battered or grilled  Calamari Steak fries and vegetables, shrimp and/or grouper bites 

Harissa Sauce 

Wild Caught Gulf Shrimp

Grilled Gulf Shrimp, garlic chips , Salsa Verde  

Spanish Octopus Bites

Calibrean Chile Vinho Verde Sauce, lemon and herbs 

Seafood or Chicken Paella

Spanish Savory Saffron Rice,  fresh seafood including scallops, mussels, clams and shrimp, chorizo and spices. 

Stuffed Piquillo Peppers

Chorizo, soffrito, mushrooms, spinach  and spices 

Portuguese Seafood Stew

Fresh Seafood simmered in a rich tomato white wine seafood broth, saffron, herbs and spices. Crusty bread on the side 

Fresh Local Fish

Lemon Scallion  Salsa Verde  

Chicken Piccata or Marsala

Thin Scallopini Style 

Piccata:    Lemon caper white wine sauce 

Marsala:  Marsala Wine mushroom sauce 

Marinated and Grilled Hanger Steak

Salsa Verde and Grilled onions 

Rosemary Lamb Chops

Garlic, Lemon and Herbs with Portuguese Olive oil and Red chilies 

Green Goddess Risotto

Arborio Rice  simmered in Spinach broth with asparagus, broccolini and peas, parmesan and truffle (optional) 

Pastas, Gnocchi and Risotto
