I have been working on this menu here for decades. It has evolved into these recipes that cover all tastes from south of our border without the Tex Mex feel of a local restaurant (although I do love a good Chimichanga!) My recipes are based on clean, fresh ingredients with a modern Mexican/ American flair
Menu can be served buffet style for larger groups OR tasting style for smaller groups of 8 and under
